July Timeline of Bypass Events: 7/8/13 – 8:30am – closed around 11:30am witnesses noted 7/12/13 – witnessed but not sure the time, trying to find the witness post re: time. 7/14/13 – 4:51pm, 5:07pm, 6:15pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm 7/17/13 – 6:01pm, 7:40pm, 8:50pm – closed at 9:14pm witness noted 7/24/13 – 11:00am (black smoke) witnessed by 2 out for a run, 11:35am, 12:25pm (black smoke witnessed), 12:53 no black smoke but bypass stack was open 7/27/13 – 1:11am witnessed 7/31/13 – 9:05am, 10:00am, not sure when it closed.  Witnessed it was open again on the same day 3:50pm, 6:00pm,6:04pm, 6:30pm
